Early battle pay-ins are crucial for maintaining stable payout multipliers and accommodating larger entries in Battle Pools. To encourage this behavior, JuicyPerp implements a dynamic fee curve.

  • Users pay a volume-based fee when participating in Battle Pools, calculated as a percentage of the user's pay-in amount.

  • The fee percentage depends on the timing of the battle entry. It can be represented as a linear function, that starts at a 1.5% fee at the beginning of the pay-in phase and ends at 3.0% at the end of the pay-in phase.
